LOL 125 is the original registration issued on 11/08/1951.

It should be noted that the number on the rear frame appears to have been restamped. 

The machine has been in a collection in Japan since 1994 and then recently brought back to the UK by the current owner.

An older restoration, this Vincent has been on static display for many years and will require recommissioning and safety checks before returning to the road. 

We have had the bike running, see video, but when filling up we noticed a small hole in the fuel tank which we have plugged temporarily. This is damage rather than rust. There are also some small dents in the tank to be taken into consideration.
